Team EMU AGROBOTIX will be at the Teknofest TRNC 2025 Finals

Team EMU AGROBOTIX is participating in the Teknofest TRNC 2025 Research Project Competition under the Agriculture Category with their project titled "Hybrid Mobility AGROBOT for Smart Agriculture". The team is led by the Team Captain Osinachi Mbah (EMU Mechanical Engineering), with members including Abdulmalik Asmaeil Mansour Bileid (EMU Mechatronics Engineering), Murtada Mohamed Abdelbadie Mohamed (EMU Mechatronics Engineering), Muhammad Umar (EMU Software Engineering), Oussama El Salibi (EMU Electrical & Electronics Engineering) and Ayşegül Gazioğlu (EMU Mechanical Engineering). 

The objective of their project is to develop an omnidirectional AGROBOT, consisting of a novel quadcopter configuration system with flying and rolling features, that can perform a 360-degree crop health monitoring. Team EMU AGROBOTIX state that they are aiming to provide smart agricultural solutions to the local manufacturers growing agricultural crops such as olives and citrus fruits at a large scale, to produce products such as juice, jam, pickled olives  and olive oil.
